Suitable for tank washing programmes on smaller vessels requiring fine control and full flexibility. Materials: Stainless Steel 316L throughout or bronze cleaning head with mild steel coated downpipe fabrication. Flanges: Inlet flange 50mm/DIN/BS/ASA/JIS. Deck flange designed to suit standard 318mm (10 or 12 studs) opening or built to vessel requirements. Design: Single ‘maximum energy’ nozzle with smooth jet flow for efficiency. Deck mounted with portable air drive unit. No turbine. Low water consumption. Operation: Single nozzle helical wash with variable speed on horizontal rotation. Tailored to suit tank size. Nozzle operates from 180°-0° with nozzle increment on each rotation of 2.6°. Provides excellent wash coverage on all surfaces. Downward wash on different path to upward wash. Wash Programme: Multi-stage arcs. Operator can set wash arc angles between vertical limits to provide Full – Top – Middle and Bottom wash programmes. Can wash one pass Top-Bottom 180°- 0° trip reverse at angle limit. Typical wash cycle: 180°- 0° Full wash. Fast speed = 14 mins. All other wash arcs are proportional to these figures.
